On the day of the event, our professional team member will arrive early to handle the complete setup process before any guests arrive.   • What areas does NotchUp Photo Booth service, and are there any additional fees for events outside of your main service area?
    NotchUp Photo Booth primarily serves the Greater Sudbury area in northern Ontario. If your event is within a 1-hour radius of Sudbury, there are no additional travel fees. However, for events located outside of this 1-hour radius, additional travel or accommodation fees may apply. We aim to make your photo booth experience seamless, so please contact us for a personalized quote if your event is further afield.

  • Does my event venue/location require a WIFI connection?
    All of our Social Photo Booths come equipped with an LTE cellular connection. This service is included at no additional cost with every Social Booth experience.
  • What is standard lighting?
    Standard lighting refers to the built-in LED ring light in the Social Booth, which acts as a flash for each photo booth session.
  • What is professional lighting?
    Professional lighting features a constant LED light source paired with a large diffuser on a stand, casting soft, even light on subjects using the photo booth. This setup ensures consistent photo quality and reduces shadowing on the backdrop.
